Oracle Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Engage in workshops for business processes, stakeholder meetings, and sessions for gathering requirements;

• Aid in documenting and aligning business requirements with the functionality and best practices of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials;

• Assist in the configuration activities for Oracle Cloud Financials modules under the supervision of senior consultants;

• Create documentation for process flows, configuration workbooks, and solution designs;

• Develop and implement test scenarios and scripts, and provide support for SIT and UAT activities;

• Monitor defects, validate resolutions, and assist with issue resolution and testing remediation efforts;

• Support activities related to data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and analytics utilizing OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and standard dashboards;

• Offer assistance during cutover, deployment, and go-live phases;

• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery;

• Contribute to status reporting, task tracking, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or a related discipline;

• 0–2 years of experience in ERP systems, finance, accounting, business analysis, or management consulting;

• Familiarity with supporting documentation, process mapping, testing, or reporting tasks;

• Preferred exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics;

• Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and financial reporting;

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities;

• Capability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and business processes;

• Attention to detail and adherence to structured delivery methodologies;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-oriented consulting environment;

• Internship, project, or hands-on experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations;

• Exposure to cloud applications or SaaS platforms;

• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, OTBI, or BI Publisher;

• Familiarity with system testing, user acceptance testing, and business process documentation;

• Interest in pursuing Oracle Cloud ERP certifications and long-term career development in consulting;

• Proficient in English.
