This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee mid to large-scale and intricate consulting projects concurrently
• Facilitate Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solution architecture, and design discussions
• Advise clients on cost-effective Oracle Cloud application solutions
• Direct implementation teams in developing comprehensive technical and functional Enterprise Cloud solutions
• Design PaaS extensions, draft specifications, and integrate custom applications with Oracle Cloud Applications
• Evaluate existing systems and data to pinpoint requirements and necessary enhancements
• Lead, mentor, train, and support Oracle Cloud applications teams
• Align enterprise requirements with various Oracle SaaS applications
• Tackle product implementation and integration challenges using innovative strategies
• Formulate and execute long-term client strategies
• Serve as the primary client liaison, updating on project progress, obstacles, and changes
• Involve stakeholders in estimation and assess the impacts of strategic business changes
• Assist business partners in conveying solution value to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers while negotiating contracts
• Present business cases and quantify the benefits of proposed solutions
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and suggest updates, upgrades, or modifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant
• 3+ years of experience in solution design for Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management implementations
• Extensive experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud PPM projects and upgrades
• Familiarity with Oracle PaaS, including Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service
• Understanding and experience with Web Services, SOAP, and REST
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, fit-gap analysis, business process design, conference room pilots, functional configuration, and PPM solution testing
• Experience collaborating with cross-border and diverse teams and projects
• In-depth expertise in Project Execution Management, Project Billing, Costing, Resource Management, Contracts, Grants Management, and Project Performance Management
• Proficiency in one or more Oracle Cloud solutions, such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud, Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud, or Oracle Manufacturing Cloud
• Familiarity with Oracle Primavera Cloud, Primavera Unifier, and Oracle Textura Payment Management is advantageous
• Demonstrated experience guiding clients through business process enhancements
• Capability to analyze industry processes and complex project requirements, developing comprehensive solutions and functional designs
• Experience in project-intensive industries is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication abilities
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Similar experience in professional services consulting or strategic-level industry experience is mandatory
• Prior experience in IT companies
