Oracle Cloud PLM – PDH Delivery Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee mid to large-scale and intricate consulting projects concurrently.

• Comprehensive experience throughout the entire lifecycle in facilitating Oracle SaaS requirements workshops and engaging in solutions architecture & design discussions.

• Leverage profound knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, along with expertise in industry best practices, to advise clients on cost-efficient solutions tailored to their business scenarios.

• Direct the implementation team in developing the complete Enterprise Cloud solution, encompassing both technical and functional aspects.

• Proficient in broadening Oracle SaaS capabilities using PaaS extensions, which includes crafting solutions and authoring specifications for custom applications and their integration with Oracle Cloud Applications.

• Evaluate existing systems and data to determine new requirements, identifying the necessity for enhancements or modifications to systems when required.

• Possess the capability to lead, mentor, train, and support an Oracle Cloud PLM applications team.

• Employs creative and innovative strategies to tackle challenges in product implementation and integration.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, effectively communicating with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties are updated on project progress, challenges, and changes.

• Partner with third-party vendors and suppliers to obtain essential hardware, software, or services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.

• At least 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, including over 3 years in solution design for PLM cloud implementations.

• Advanced expertise as an Oracle Cloud Architect involved in the implementation or support of Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.

• Familiarity with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS), particularly in Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service.

• Proficient in Web Services and the utilization of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST).

• Extensive consulting experience and strong analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design business processes, manage conference room pilots (CRPs), execute functional configurations, and oversee testing of PLM solutions.

• Experience in navigating the complexities of working with international and diverse teams and projects.

• Understanding of best practices in product lifecycle management processes and/or requirements for new product development/introduction.

• Advanced expertise with one or more of the following Oracle Cloud Applications:

• Oracle Cloud Product Development

• Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub

• Oracle Cloud Innovation Management

• Oracle Cloud Quality Management

• Oracle Cloud Project Management

• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design business processes, manage conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configurations, and supervise testing of PLM solutions.

• Proven track record of guiding clients through business process enhancements.

• Ability to draft functional specifications based on user requirements.
