Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive client solution strategy, architecture, and project direction for Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, PPM, and Fleet Management solutions.

• Provide high-level guidance on project direction, risk management, escalations, and transformation strategies.

• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders.

• Oversee the identification, escalation, and resolution of issues.

• Act as the primary Solution Architect for end-to-end business transformation projects.

• Manage functional relationships and ensure strategic alignment with customer stakeholders.

• Lead project teams in solution architecture, business process design, and Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• Collaborate with technical architects on integration, reporting, security, and extension strategies.

• Work with functional leads to identify optimal enterprise solutions.

• Promote process standardization, transformation, and the adoption of Oracle Cloud best practices.

• Direct enterprise solution design and governance activities.

• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and executive reviews.

• Align project scope, delivery approach, and risk mitigation strategies with project leadership.

• Guide teams towards scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Drive architectural decisions across ERP, EPM, SCM, Projects, Fleet, and integrated third-party platforms.

• Assist in business development, solution strategy, and proposal development.

• Review Statements of Work and provide advice on scope, assumptions, risks, and delivery strategies.

• Participate in sales presentations, client workshops, and solution demonstrations.

• Conduct candidate interviews and recommend staffing strategies.

• Advise leadership on resource investments, solution offerings, and practice development.

• Support thought leadership, accelerators, implementation methodologies, and industry solutions.

• May be responsible for managing a team and conducting interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in supporting or selling within related markets.

• Solid consulting experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Extensive Oracle Cloud functional expertise across ERP, EPM, SCM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Fleet Management solutions.

• Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses).

• Understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), including PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, and Tax Reporting.

• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial close and consolidation, management and regulatory reporting, and ERP/EPM integration.

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM, including inventory management, cost management, procurement, supplier management, order management, manufacturing, supply planning, demand planning, and logistics and warehouse operations.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

• Understanding of Oracle Fleet Management solutions.

• Strong sales capabilities.
