Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from start to finish, following our established project management principles and methodologies.

• Create and implement project plans, determine staffing needs, and make adjustments as necessary throughout the project duration.

• Identify and manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions, ensuring timely completion by the team.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to achieve project objectives.

• Maintain transparent and consistent communication with all involved parties, providing updates on project status, obstacles, and milestones.

• Ensure that project deliverables align with quality standards and meet client expectations.

• Establish quality control processes and perform quality assessments.

• Track and manage the project budget using a Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet to prevent overspending.

• Build project teams, delegate tasks, and oversee resource management.

• Promote teamwork and communication among team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.

• An MBA or a relevant master's degree is preferred.

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience.

• At least 3+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP applications, including Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management modules.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate projects with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional leadership abilities to guide and support for successful project execution.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
