Optichannel Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Cultivating and sustaining robust, collaborative partnerships with clients.

• Crafting strategic omnichannel media strategies and overseeing the media acquisition and deployment process.

• Ensuring client contentment by delivering exceptional work and resolving any issues.

• Managing all facets of client projects, including planning and analysis.

• Creating project plans with well-defined timelines and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or biotech companies, marketing agencies, and creative agencies.

• Proven experience in managing multiple clients and a wide range of deliverables.

• Knowledge of broad AI/ML concepts and trends within life sciences marketing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Experience with CRM systems and various engagement platforms.

• A Master’s degree in a life sciences field, or an MBA is preferred.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
