Optical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advocate for operational enhancements and exemplify Hands-On Leadership within the organization.

• Directly interact with field teams, offering mentorship and support while showcasing accountability and determination.

• Manage staffing, inventory, and customer service; perform regular site visits to ensure adherence to standards, efficiency, and support.

• Evaluate performance metrics, establish goals, and execute strategies to improve profitability and sustainability.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies and initiatives that enhance patient experience and operational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in optical or retail healthcare operations.

• Demonstrated ability to drive change, navigate complexity, and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively and excel in a high-paced environment.
