OPI/VRI Interpreter, Russian – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of ethics.

• Take notes during calls.

• Convey messages accurately without adding, omitting, or altering content.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Support communication between individuals with Limited English Proficiency and the Client by providing precise interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to the dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

• Participate in internal professional development training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong enthusiasm for various languages and interpretation.

• Certification as an Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI) or Video Remote Interpreter (VRI).

• Familiarity with healthcare and medical terminology.

• Compliance with technical specifications for computers and internet connectivity.

• A noise-canceling wired headset equipped with a microphone.
