This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls.

• Take precise notes during conversations.

• Deliver messages accurately and comprehensively.

• Ensure exceptional customer service during interpretation.

• Facilitate effective communication between clients and individuals with Limited English Proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in interpretation between Lao and English.

• Adherence to the Interpreter's code of ethics.

• Knowledge of medical and healthcare terminology.

• Willingness to pursue additional professional certifications.

• Technical specifications: A dedicated high-speed private internet connection meeting specific speed criteria, Windows 10, dual-core processor, at least 8 GB of RAM, and a noise-cancelling wired headset.
