This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote and sell Clinical Diagnostic instruments, including OCTs, retinal cameras, topographers, refraction systems, and Topcon’s Harmony Healthcare Digital Management System.
• Create an annual business plan that will be reviewed and updated quarterly.
• Effectively liaise with sales management and various departments within Topcon regarding competitive issues, territory matters, order statuses, and complaints.
• Conduct routine instrument demonstrations on a weekly basis, customizing presentations and materials to meet specific customer needs.
• Serve as a consultant, source of information, problem solver, and educator to maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
• Keep high-quality account profiles updated in our CRM consistently.
• Collaborate closely with Topcon's sales and marketing teams to identify and secure new opportunities.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in selling capital equipment to ophthalmology practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), hospital systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and government and national accounts is preferred.
• Proven Business to Business Sales experience that showcases a thorough understanding of the sales process and ethical business practices.
• Experience with C-level call points and a demonstration of strategic selling skills is highly preferred.
• A track record of top performance in previous sales roles is essential.
• A solid understanding of health insurance and payers is strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities are required.
• A solid understanding of sales metrics, performance measures, and technical indicators.
• A strong aptitude for analysis and strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills.
