📋 Description

• Represent the complete ophthalmology product portfolio of Regeneron.

• Establish connections with key business decision-makers and important Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Lead efforts to educate and influence customers, including large provider practices and private equity entities.

• Take on a significant account management role, working both independently and collaboratively with the ED Ophthalmology Accounts.

• Provide education, administration, and support for provider contracts and other partnership opportunities.

• Timely relay relevant customer feedback to internal stakeholders and leadership.

• Enhance customer executive engagement, reach, frequency, and contract education and execution efforts.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.

• Gather customer insights on the Regeneron GPO program and share them with Market Access and Brand leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10-12 years of progressive industry or relevant professional experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or a related field.

• Established knowledge and relationships with key Executive level decision-makers within retina and other market GPOs and institutional trade partners.

• Previous experience in retina accounts or brand management.

• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence peers and management.

• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and content development.

• Demonstrated focus on results.

• Proven capabilities in strategic planning, including event organization and meeting facilitation.

• Understanding of financial concepts and contracting issues, with the ability to assess contract performance.

• Demonstrated skills in managing outsourced vendors.

• Willingness to travel 50-75%, including weekends when necessary.
