Operator – Urethane Molding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Operate Urethane machines #1 and #2

• Inspect air compressor for Urethane Units 1 and 2

• Maintain a constant temperature for the Coating mantle

• Conduct product checks

• Operate the cooling unit on the panel

• Monitor the temperature of raw materials

• Check the temperature of the dispenser

• Ensure proper maintenance of the heating furnace

• Assess the condition of the drum's raw material

• Set up Urethane machines

• Perform mold cleaning tasks

• Inspect balls for quality

• Extract balls from the production line

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in operating Urethane machines

• Ability to check air compressor for Urethane Units 1 and 2

• Knowledge of maintaining constant temperature for the Coating mantle

• Experience in conducting product checks

• Proficient in operating the cooling unit on the panel

• Ability to monitor the temperature of raw materials

• Skills in checking the temperature of dispensers

• Knowledge of proper maintenance procedures for heating furnaces

• Ability to assess the condition of drum's raw material

• Experience in Urethane machine setup

• Skills in mold cleaning

• Experience in ball inspection

• Proficient in ball extraction
