This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Assist in the management of operator accounts, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Aid in the maintenance and updates of the operator database and CRM systems.
• Facilitate outreach to operators for event participation, networking opportunities, and content contributions.
• Help monitor operator attendance, engagement metrics, and follow-up actions before and after events.
• Assist in introducing operators to pertinent partners, including suppliers and sponsors.
• Support the identification of new operator contacts and maintain a pipeline of potential relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation and conversion opportunities.
• Provide administrative and logistical assistance for meetings, networking events, and initiatives.
• Help track performance metrics such as engagement, attendance, and conversion rates.
• Support the monthly reporting on relationship activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in resolving basic partner inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, events, or a related area.
• An interest in the betting/iGaming sector (experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and data tracking tools.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
