Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Responsibilities include the maintenance of vehicles, facilities, and general cleaning tasks.

• Carry out various functions related to the operation of vacuum trucks/tankers and roll-off trucks.

• Provide assistance with the excavation and/or manual digging of contaminated soils.

• Engage in a variety of manual tasks, such as using both manual and mechanical clearing equipment, filling and placing sandbags, and covering storage cells with tarps.

• Conduct tank cleaning, truck washouts, high-pressure power washing, and additional related duties.

• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to execute tasks effectively.

• Help with the assembly of shoring systems for excavation projects.

• Maintain and clean vehicles and facilities as part of regular duties.

• Participate in daily safety meetings to ensure specific compliance requirements are identified.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.

• Candidates must successfully complete all required training, DMV check, background check, and drug and alcohol testing.

• A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Experience with behavior-based safety programs (e.g., LPS) is desirable.

• A minimum of 1 year of construction experience is preferred.

• 40-hour Hazwoper training is preferred.
