This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +36 more states.
• Oversee and lead the Operations learning delivery function, ensuring a consistent and high-quality onboarding process for approximately 200 new hires each year, as well as continuous learning programs for our existing frontline teams.
• Develop and mentor a team of 3-5 facilitators, providing guidance on performance management, mentorship, and professional growth.
• Manage and take ownership of the Operations training calendar and team capacity.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to pinpoint knowledge gaps, emerging skill requirements, and opportunities for focused learning interventions.
• Convert operational feedback and performance trends into actionable training enhancements and new learning initiatives.
• Track trainee performance trends and operational metrics to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous program improvement.
• Conduct training sessions approximately 30% of the time to bolster trainer capacity or address high-priority initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, operations enablement, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position with direct reports.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing ambiguity.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as insurance, finance, healthcare, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in managing training programs or learning initiatives across various teams or operational functions.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop trainers or facilitators in a performance-oriented setting.
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities with a track record of delivering engaging virtual or in-person learning experiences.
• Proficient in translating operational needs and performance data into effective learning solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders.
• Outstanding organizational and program management skills, including experience handling complex training calendars or initiatives.
