Operations Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Ensure project timelines are maintained by achieving over 90% of installations punctually and resolving issues in real-time.

• Maintain a rework rate of less than 5% while ensuring adherence to installation artifacts and validation checks.

• Collaborate with Operations Engineering to implement automated technician tools that reduce installation validation times by 30%.

• Serve as the technical lead during live installation processes.

• Diagnose mid-installation issues related to ISP circuit activation, VLAN discrepancies, port configurations, and more.

• Hold responsibility for final approval prior to network activation.

• Facilitate the installation process by documenting progress and proactively addressing obstacles.

• Recognize recurring failure trends and collaborate with Operations Engineering to enhance processes and tools.

• Produce field-ready solutions by converting technician feedback into product enhancements.
