This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Operations Specialists in implementing workflows for patient medication access.
• Utilize data to assess team performance and pinpoint gaps and bottlenecks.
• Cultivate a team that shows measurable improvement through well-defined success metrics and feedback.
• Make informed and consistent decisions in ambiguous situations regarding escalations.
• Onboard and train new specialists to enhance productivity quickly.
• Establish infrastructure through SOPs, quality audits, analytics, and workflows.
• Provide leadership with insights into team performance and emerging issues.
• 2–5 years of experience in leading or functioning within a process-driven, SLA-driven environment.
• A background in healthcare operations (such as prior authorization, patient access, pharmacy, RCM, or related fields).
• Specific metrics you have managed and improved, including productivity, quality, SLA, ramp time, or similar areas.
• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity — capable of structuring partially defined problems and steering towards clear outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and technical fluency — adept with data and complex software tools.
• Experience in building or redesigning processes from the ground up under time constraints.
• Established credibility with the team through hands-on involvement, not merely oversight.
• Proficient in coaching: providing direct, specific feedback and intentionally developing team members.
