Operations Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the approved configuration and master data within the ERP/WMS, including products, vendors, locations, users, and order types.

• Carry out controlled data imports, bulk updates, reports, notifications, and other routine system administration tasks.

• Provide backup support across Acumatica, Logiwa, and associated systems; assist with testing and validating releases.

• Reconcile inventory and transactions among various systems, reports, and warehouse documentation.

• Investigate discrepancies related to orders, receipts, transfers, shipments, labels, carriers, billing, and inventory.

• Execute controlled corrections while ensuring no downstream inventory, financial, customer, or integration issues arise.

• Offer first-line support to determine whether issues originate from systems, configurations, master data, integrations, or process execution.

• Maintain Logiwa reports, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting manuals, training resources, and system documentation.

• Strengthen adherence to approved workflows and Acumatica source-of-truth expectations through effective and patient user support.

• Monitor exception queues, document findings, and escalate high-risk or recurrent issues to the Operations Systems Lead.

• Execute controlled corrections without assuming permanent cleanup responsibilities; functional teams are accountable for accurate and timely execution.

• Support daily ERP, WMS, and integrated workflows across Acumatica, Logiwa, and other connected applications.

• Independently manage recurring tasks and moderately complex issues while escalating high-risk or recurring patterns with substantial evidence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting ERP, WMS, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, distribution, or other integrated operational systems.

• Strong understanding of inventory movement through purchasing, receiving, quality control, transfers, fulfillment, shipping, adjustments, and returns.

• Excellent analytical skills, capable of tracing transactions across systems and differentiating between symptoms and root causes.

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when managing configurations, imports, reconciliations, and corrections.

• Ability to independently oversee recurring work and moderately complex issues while recognizing when to escalate risks or uncertainties.

• Experience in creating reports, SOPs, job aids, or system documentation that can be reliably utilized by others.

• Clear and patient communication skills with both technical and non-technical users, alongside the capacity to quickly learn new platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Acumatica and/or Logiwa.

• Bonus: Experience in retail, e-commerce, food, process manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or 3PL operations.

• Bonus: Experience with master data, imports, reconciliations, report generation, user testing, or post-launch stabilization.

• Bonus: Understanding of carrier, marketplace, EDI, API, middleware, or third-party fulfillment integrations.

• Bonus: Experience in training users on new or recently implemented operational workflows.
