This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct regular audits of workflows, best practices, and standard procedures; update as necessary, document findings, and maintain a consistent audit schedule.
• Generate and distribute reports to local and national teams; analyze data to assess accuracy, consistency, and derive actionable insights.
• Act as a subject matter expert for inquiries related to systems, procedures, workflows, and operational resources.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, across departments as well as with vendors and carrier partners.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and OneDigital Best Practices; advocate for data integrity and quality control standards.
• Participate in operational efficiency initiatives at various levels — leading projects from start to finish, contributing as a project team member, or managing the operational transition from project management to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.
• Provide administrative coordination and project support to the P&C national leadership team.
• Review data and take necessary actions to maintain accurate records in Applied Epic, including data entry and data cleanup.
• Own and oversee operational tools such as Ennabl; serve as a primary resource for system fluency, troubleshooting, and team enablement.
• Lead and manage the consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across workflows.
• Support and coordinate Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) functions, including oversight of outsourced workflows and quality assessments.
• Monitor compliance with established procedures and standards; identify line-of-business challenges and ensure resolution.
• Recognize training opportunities and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and coordinate training solutions.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the P&C industry, preferably in P&C agency operations.
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with proven analytical, technical, and computer skills.
• Active Property & Casualty license or prior experience in the P&C industry.
• Previous experience with P&C platforms (e.g., Applied Epic) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with agency tech stacks, automation tools, or data reporting/KPI tracking methodologies is a plus.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and a substantial workload while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
