• Coordinate coverage for cancelled direct care appointments, both future and same-day, utilizing available Behavior Technicians, and inform Behavior Analysts of any changes in coverage.
• Examine accounts to identify any missing patient documents and gather the necessary information.
• Respond to calls and emails from clients and staff as required.
• Provide support to providers with any inquiries or office requirements.
• Adjust Behavior Technicians' (BTs) schedules in the event of patient cancellations.
• Liaise with the supervising Behavior Analyst regarding any schedule modifications.
• Oversee and enforce the cancellation policy.
• Ensure that BTs submit their Paid Time Off (PTO) in the payroll system as necessary.
• Generate weekly reports to track call outs by Behavior Technicians.
• Produce a daily audit report for unconverted appointments.
• Comply with federal HIPAA regulations, alongside any relevant company policies and procedures.
• At least a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis terminology is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB and/or experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills are a must.
