This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and distribute helpdesk tickets efficiently.
• Regularly update and manage operational reports.
• Supervise support queues and ensure service level compliance.
• Keep hardware and software asset registers current.
• Assist in procurement and supplier management tasks.
• Monitor equipment orders and handle replacements.
• Address customer inquiries and internal support requests.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Promote continuous enhancement of operational processes.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative and technical support roles.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Technical expertise and troubleshooting experience are preferred.
• Fully remote position.
