This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Delivers nationwide title services.
• Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by managing operational functions associated with providing title services to clients.
• Directs and leads teams engaged in various tasks related to title operations, offering support to branches for title clearance, while prioritizing customer focus.
• Collaborates with and serves as a liaison between departments such as Examining and Underwriting to ensure compliance, adherence to policies, achievement of production targets, and adherence to timelines.
• Oversees the daily operations of support personnel or team members.
• Establishes priorities for the team to guarantee completion of tasks; organizes work activities for direct reports.
• Problem-solving is conducted within the framework of established policies and procedures, with guidance and oversight from the manager.
• Implements operational business practices and collaborates with closely related areas to enhance efficiency.
• Influences the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team and its contribution to the department.
• Utilizes judgment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve everyday technical and operational issues.
• Communicates information, clarifies performance expectations, and addresses sensitive matters.
• Holds formal supervisory responsibilities; coordinates resources and establishes daily priorities for direct reports to achieve operational goals.
• Executes all other duties as delegated by management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Generally requires 6+ years of pertinent work experience.
