Operations Specialist I – Night Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee autonomous robots utilizing remote assistance tools and monitoring dashboards.

• Adhere to detailed procedures to facilitate standard operational scenarios.

• Raise technical or operational concerns to shift leaders or senior operators.

• Precisely document observations, incidents, and actions taken.

• Consistently follow safety protocols and communication guidelines.

• Acquire knowledge and adapt to new tools, workflows, and updates to processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent.

• Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Language & Communication: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher, both written and spoken) for effective communication and documentation.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills with comfort in using web-based applications.

• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and capability to adhere to established processes.

• Safety & Public Interaction: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in live operational settings.

• Work Environment: Willingness to work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
