Operations Specialist I, Aerospace & Defense

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish new orders by following both standard operational practices and client-specific SOP guidelines.

• Demonstrate the ability to swiftly transition between various critical tasks.

• Ensure accurate verification of job milestones, confirming they are completed correctly and punctually.

• Adhere to all process and communication standards across multiple platforms.

• Maintain independent awareness by reviewing all communications shared across the company's platforms.

• Identify and address issues that arise through incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in navigating and interpreting airline booking and tracking websites.

• Capable of professionally communicating delays, issues, and updates to customers through both verbal and written means.

• Skilled in updating, managing, and/or modifying airway bills using initial or advanced training.

• Able to source driver coverage for any segment of an order.

• Capable of applying training and experience to devise innovative solutions for both common and uncommon issues.

• Expected to consistently meet all minimum metrics for phone availability and acceptance.
