This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist with daily operations by managing rostering and coordinating events.
• Ensure precise staff scheduling and keep system updates current.
• Provide support for administrative tasks and data entry.
• Uphold operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and oversee hospitality staff schedules.
• Assign staff according to their availability, skill set, and specific event needs.
• Monitor changes in shifts, cancellations, and necessary replacements.
• Communicate roster updates to personnel promptly.
• Ensure adherence to award rates and shift obligations.
• Track attendance and identify discrepancies.
• Create and update events in internal systems.
• Input event specifics, including location, timing, staffing needs, and special instructions.
• Coordinate changes for events and relay updates to the relevant teams.
• Assist in monitoring event staffing coverage and requirements.
• Conduct accurate data entry into operational systems.
• Keep updated records of staff profiles and their availability.
• Generate basic operational reports (such as rosters and staffing coverage).
• Aid in documentation, filing, and record management.
• Support the operations team with various administrative duties.
• Excellent organisational and scheduling abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Fundamental understanding of rostering concepts.
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operations roles.
• Preferred experience in hospitality, events, or workforce scheduling.
• Background in data entry or systems management.
• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organised and methodical.
• Proactive and reliable.
• Strong sense of accountability.
• Collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
