Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Collaborate closely with the City Manager and a dedicated team.

• Oversee the daily operations of the flagship business in Singapore.

• Focus on managing inventory and driving revenue growth.

• Improve customer experience and enhance service quality.

• Address various ad hoc projects and initiatives.

• Relevant background in fields such as hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong passion for customer service.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

• A keen interest in football is a significant advantage.

• Experience working internationally or with global companies is a plus.

• Previous hospitality experience is an added benefit.

• Experience in Franchise Development or Support is also advantageous.
