This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main liaison for MoneyGram’s partners, addressing intricate issues related to reconciliation, research, risk management, compliance, and customer inquiries.

• Oversee the account portfolio to fulfill departmental objectives.

• Supervise the reconciliation of unmatched settlements for designated financial institutions and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

• Investigate and analyze item exceptions, addressing them within service level agreements while maintaining audit documentation.

• Handle high-value adjustments and reconcile complex accounts across internal systems and settlement files.

• Collaborate with sales, product teams, internal departments, and external partners to implement enhancements in processes.

• Manage inventory levels at agent and supplier/warehouse sites.

• Allocate inventory ranges to agents and monitor any destroyed or lost stock.

• Assist in training new employees.

• Ensure that outsourced functions comply with SLA and quality assurance standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in bank operations, partner support, or financial services.

• Background in settlement reconciliation, inventory management, and addressing technical issues.

• Prior experience with MoneyGram products, POS systems, or financial institutions is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for tackling complex financial challenges.

• Familiarity with reconciliation processes, financial reporting, and settlement systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders through phone, email, and chat.

• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and audit trail management capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other financial systems and applications.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and operate under tight deadlines.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, audit requirements, and practices for risk mitigation.

• Experience in driving process improvements and enhancing system efficiency.
