This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Generate, review, and dispatch invoices using QuickBooks.
• Ensure precision and promptness throughout all billing operations.
• Conduct monthly invoice reconciliations between QuickBooks and HubSpot.
• Detect and address discrepancies to uphold financial consistency.
• Set up and manage projects in Kantata, guaranteeing accurate financial data and project configuration.
• Evaluate completed projects to confirm adherence to budget and compliance standards.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including project finalization and documentation archiving.
• Analyze project needs and facilitate team/resource allocation for optimal project execution.
• Ensure alignment between project delivery and billing frameworks.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows in billing, reporting, and project management.
• Contribute to the creation of data-driven insights and reporting to enhance operational decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Project Management, and Delivery teams.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment across departments to facilitate seamless execution.
• Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks (invoicing and reconciliation).
• Background in supporting billing, revenue operations, or financial processes.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, deadline-sensitive tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail when dealing with financial data.
• Proficiency with Kantata or similar Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Experience in service-oriented or project-driven businesses.
• Knowledge of month-end closing procedures.
• Experience in remote, cross-functional team environments.
• Attention to Detail: Essential to avoid errors in billing and reconciliation.
