Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operation of robots on public streets and provide essential feedback to team leaders for system enhancements.

• Engage in public road testing and remain adaptable to undertake various tasks as required.

• Report directly to the shift lead and assist in maintaining smooth operational processes.

• Cultivate a workplace culture centered on safety, inclusivity, and transparent communication within the team.

• Achieve proficiency in the software utilized for Remote Assistance operations.

• Utilize the remote system to effectively support robots in addressing their requirements.

• Collaborate with the team to pinpoint inefficiencies and provide suggestions for enhancing team productivity.

• Assist operators in their daily tasks, ensuring compliance with Remote Assistance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in autonomous and/or robotics operations.

• Proficient in Google Suite applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, and Calendar.

• Ability to communicate effectively via Slack, both in written and verbal forms.

• Self-driven, quick learner, and capable of performing well under pressure.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring operations are both safe and efficient.

• Familiar with Jira and other issue reporting/ticketing tools to gather feedback, schedule fixes, and monitor progress.
