Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee program data management and perform analytical tasks

• Assist in the reporting of program scope and the establishment of goals

• Engage with clients and account representatives

• Generate periodic reports

• Guarantee adherence to contract stipulations, content appropriateness, and professional presentation standards

• Participate in special projects

• Facilitate the seamless execution of projects and programs, both internally and externally

• Aid in data management, performance metrics and reporting, team coordination, and the enhancement of processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Residence in Michigan is required

• Must fulfill any applicable DOT qualification standards, if relevant

• Compliance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations is required, if applicable

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based is mandatory, without employer sponsorship

• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is necessary
