This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the testing phases, liaising between the technology team, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure quality assurance is maintained during the implementation of technical updates.
• Identify challenges and facilitate the successful deployment of solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Act as the primary communicator for all matters related to testing.
• Develop test plans for assigned technical updates to guarantee alignment with project objectives.
• Generate test cases for all applicable scenarios to verify system functionality.
• Compile a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Form that summarizes testing results, highlights issues, and provides recommendations for enhancements.
• Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within designated Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and enhancement requests utilizing JIRA.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather feedback.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders regarding the status and outcomes of testing.
• Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Evaluate the impact of changes and generate communications for the company.
• Work in conjunction with the training department on company announcements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflows.
• Present updates and communications during calls; participate in meetings as necessary.
• Validate changes implemented in production environments.
• Collaborate with operations departments to identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in providing materials and documentation for audits and reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience with Encompass LOS.
• Comprehensive understanding of the overall mortgage workflow.
• Familiarity with all agency guidelines.
• Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements.
• Experience with JIRA is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management abilities.
• Strong conflict management, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
