Operations Site Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather data from all designated tower assets while upholding high standards of data quality.

• Employ various data collection methods, including Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).

• Collaborate across departments to oversee maintenance and repairs for all asset types, which include towers, rooftop installations, fiber-based networks, and generators, within a specific geographic area.

• Conduct regular site audits on assets located in an assigned area or zone.

• Ensure that all assets comply with safety, regulatory, and integrity standards.

• Interact with customers and vendors to manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and safety protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field is required.

• Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a proven safe driving record, and be willing to travel extensively by car or truck.

• Must hold, or be willing to obtain within one year of hiring, an FAA Part 107 Certification to operate UAS.

• Preferred qualifications include experience in vendor management, real estate management, or civil construction.

• Knowledge of radio transmitters, receivers, antennas, radio frequency, wireless, or ethernet backhaul is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with the ability to use additional Company software applications.

• Must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and navigating both developed and undeveloped construction sites.

• The role may require approximately 40% overnight travel to fulfill job responsibilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to convey ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills are necessary, with the capability to manage multiple tasks within designated timeframes through effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
