This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Provide support to both internal and external clients.
• Assist with inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat communications for current and potential customers.
• Report directly to the Operations Services Manager I.
• Collaborate with colleagues across both the Santiago and Boston offices.
• Strive to achieve and sustain SLA targets for operations services.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications for Forward Financing’s mainline.
• Go the extra mile by engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a positive and energized demeanor when interacting with customers and partners.
• Meet and surpass departmental key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Possess a high school diploma.
• Experience in service and customer support roles is a plus.
• Client-oriented, service-driven, and capable of building strong relationships.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand situations from others' perspectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with networking.
