Operations Process Improvement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document the complete operational workflows within the ticketing operation.

• Detect manual, repetitive, inefficient, or high-risk processes that warrant enhancement.

• Suggest process enhancements based on operational metrics, quality assessments, and team insights.

• Develop or assist in the generation of reports, dashboards, trackers, and various operational tools.

• Investigate the implementation of artificial intelligence, no-code solutions, low-code platforms, and automation technologies to boost team productivity.

• Convert operational hurdles into clear technical or functional specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager, team leaders, subject matter experts, and the technology team.

• Clarify process initiation points, endpoint criteria, dependencies, intended outcomes, and business rules to technical stakeholders.

• Aid in the development, testing, implementation, and optimization of operational automations.

• Assess the effectiveness of new tools, reports, and process enhancements.

• Spot trends, recurring issues, bottlenecks, and quality risks within the operation.

• Provide suggestions that align with the operational and strategic goals of management.

• Document workflows, automation specifications, process modifications, and reporting frameworks.

• Assist in ensuring that operational enhancements are feasible, scalable, and compatible with daily team operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, process improvement, quality assurance, reporting, automation, or a similar role.

• Strong comprehension of operational workflows and the capability to assess a process comprehensively.

• Experience in identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable process improvements.

• Proven ability to create operational reports, dashboards, trackers, or performance-monitoring tools.

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, no-code automation, low-code solutions, or workflow automation platforms.

• Capability to communicate operational requirements effectively to developers or technical teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Strong commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with operations leaders, subject matter experts, and technology stakeholders.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capacity to work autonomously, explore potential solutions, and translate broad management objectives into tangible improvements.
