This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Supervise essential operational functions such as finance, human resources, administration, compliance, and technology.
• Maintain databases, files, and document storage/retention in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local nonprofit regulations.
• Manage risk while ensuring compliance with all contractual, insurance, and grant reporting obligations.
• Develop and maintain operational processes documentation/manual.
• Assist with workflows related to organizational grantmaking.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes in collaboration with accountants and finance consultants.
• Support the Executive Directors in coordinating all board meetings.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in financial management, operations, and compliance within multi-entity organizations or nonprofit administration.
• Familiarity with a CRM database (EveryAction, Salesforce, Salsa, etc.) is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with robust administrative capabilities, are required.
• Experience in managing IT and resolving technology issues is advantageous.
