Operations Manager – vStroke

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Directly accountable for supervising daily operations within the department

• Complies with all relevant Federal, State, and Mercy guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures

• Oversees the comprehensive management of business operations in alignment with Mercy's mission, vision, and strategy

• Executes duties and responsibilities in a manner that reflects our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Holds a degree from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)

• MSN, MBA, or MHA is preferred (experience may be considered in place of an advanced degree)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing operations in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare environment

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional context
