Operations Manager – Specialty Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate essential operational functions to guarantee organizational efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Oversee and organize operational projects, leading the planning and coordination of daily tasks and meetings.

• Foster productive relationships with vendors.

• Maintain existing accreditations and develop as well as organize training materials.

• Monitor and address open internal and external IT items and tickets to promote timely resolutions and ongoing process enhancements.

• Exhibit integrity and accountability in meeting compliance obligations.

• Ensure adherence to the VytlOne Business Code of Conduct, along with other company policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, or a related discipline.

• Experience in supporting operational workflows, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.

• Familiarity with compliance, accreditation, or regulatory requirements (e.g., URAC, ACHC, Joint Commission).

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Specialty pharmacy experience is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of pharmacy systems (e.g., Caretend or similar).
