This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage, lead, train, and develop a team of independent contractors, which includes Operations Coordinators and the Property Care Concierge team, while being fully responsible for cleaners, maintenance vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee daily operations across all properties, ensuring tasks are accomplished, issues are addressed, and nothing is overlooked.
• Facilitate the founders' transition away from daily operations, client management, team follow-ups, and ongoing operational decisions.
• Ensure the team adheres to clear standards, including coaching, performance improvement plans, and replacing underperformers as necessary.
• Supervise property readiness, conduct quality inspections, ensure cleanliness, manage stocking, follow up on maintenance, provide guest materials, and verify listing accuracy.
• Regularly review property listings and welcome guides, including photos, amenities, sleeping arrangements, rules, and descriptions for accuracy to ensure alignment with the actual guest experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owner/client communications regarding daily operational matters, maintaining professionalism, clarity, and appropriate boundaries.
• Manage guest issue resolutions and guide the Operations Coordinators on tone, decision-making, and service recovery strategies.
• Spearhead onboarding operations for new properties from the moment of contract signing through to successful launch.
• Enhance SOPs, supporting technologies and applications, checklists, task management, reporting, and team rhythms to foster scalability and reduce founder dependence.
• Identify recurring challenges, address root causes, and consistently enhance the experiences of guests, owners, and the team.
• Boost operational profitability by pinpointing unnecessary costs, ongoing inefficiencies, and optimizing vendor/team structures.
• Drive strategic initiatives such as vendor sourcing or tech/tool integrations.
• Assist the CEO in scaling the business and onboarding new team members as required.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to business planning and growth strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading operations within hospitality, property management, short-term rentals, real estate, customer service, or similar service-oriented businesses.
• Proficient in utilizing tools such as **Hospitable, Monday.com, Turno, Google Drive, Airbnb, Vrbo,** smart lock systems, and various property management platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, with a strong ability to retain information about multiple properties for timely and effective issue resolution.
• Strong leadership capabilities, fostering a high-performing team through coaching, delegation, accountability, difficult decision-making, and team management.
• A hospitality/customer-first mindset, ensuring that high standards are consistently met for both guests and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with clients, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Highly proactive, autonomous, self-directed, and capable of taking ownership without needing constant supervision or guidance.
• Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and the ability to identify challenges and implement proactive solutions.
• Comfortable managing multiple properties, priorities, personnel, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong operational management and problem-solving skills, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Systems-oriented and process-focused, with the ability to refine processes, generate meaningful operational reporting and performance metrics, and establish scalable systems to support company growth.
