This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Direct and enhance the sales performance of Porsche Centres (PCs) within a designated region by formulating and implementing strategic business plans.
• Assist and motivate Centres to elevate results, concentrating on high standards and the Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Achieve short, mid, and long-term sales objectives for PCGB, functioning as a sales consultant utilizing structured improvement tools, while ensuring adherence to commercial and operational guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Centre Principals, addressing issues where performance discrepancies exist.
• Oversee, influence, and nurture Sales Departments across regional Porsche Centres by using feedback, coaching, and consultation to bridge performance gaps.
• Conduct regular, structured evaluations of each Centre’s sales business plan in relation to agreed-upon objectives.
• Employ strategic thinking to foresee market shifts, drive enhancements, and execute necessary adjustments across PCs.
• Create and sustain annual (or as needed) Sales business plans for each Centre that include objectives, financials, development activities, and training.
• Propel commercial growth by fostering entrepreneurial thinking, conducting market analysis, and initiating local sales and marketing efforts.
• Supervise and manage new vehicle allocations to assist Centre planning and budgeting.
• Generate, distribute, and maintain comprehensive visit reports, ensuring precise records on the Porsche Cars GB database.
• Provide timely and accurate sales performance data to Porsche Cars GB in both formal and informal formats.
• Convey and implement Porsche and Porsche Cars GB sales strategies and policies, which includes conducting regular staff briefings.
• Aid customer communications and develop local marketing campaigns, including FCA-regulated product messaging.
• Collaborate across functions and serve as a key user of sales operations systems to support broader business activities.
• Ensure adherence to sales standards, corporate governance, FCA regulations, and promote staff development, recruitment, and training implementation.
• Background in the automotive industry.
• Significant experience in Sales or Aftersales departments.
• Familiarity with Sales & Vehicle Planning Systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with PAG Germany or other national Porsche/VW Group subsidiaries (Desirable).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an MBA (Desirable).
