Operations Manager, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of over 8 Comprehensive Project Managers to meet established performance targets.

• Regularly provide feedback and recognition to team members based on their performance metrics.

• Direct the team towards achieving success metrics in Field Operations, focusing on Quality, Cycle Time, and Accuracy.

• Supervise capacity, cycle time, goals, and objectives for the team.

• Facilitate, train, and support the onboarding process for new Project Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims within the insurance sector or relevant leadership roles in related fields.

• Background in the insurance industry or exposure to high-end property sectors, such as interior design, fine arts, antiques, high-end furniture, fine textiles and rugs, and designer or couture clothing, or equivalent educational credentials in relevant disciplines.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Superior organizational skills.

• Keen attention to detail, along with a solid understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

• Professional demeanor focused on customer service, complemented by outstanding communication skills.

• Capability to manage daily operations for a team of remote employees located in your region.

• Skill in evaluating claim situations and determining service approaches that satisfy customer needs.

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
