Operations Manager, Project & Development Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement established project delivery processes and customize them to meet specific client needs and project situations.

• Maintain and update process documentation, which includes workflows, templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure that all client-facing deliverables are professional, accurate, and consistent with JLL brand standards.

• Develop clear process guides that assist project teams in navigating approval requirements and governance structures.

• Set up quality control checkpoints throughout project phases to guarantee consistency and excellence.

• Utilize existing JLL technology platforms, project management tools, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency.

• Recognize opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance data accuracy through technological solutions.

• Utilize and adapt JLL's library of templates, forms, and client deliverables to meet specific project requirements.

• Collaborate with JLL PDS leadership to synchronize operational activities with strategic goals and client expectations.

• Assess process effectiveness and pinpoint opportunities for improvement based on team feedback and project results.

• Assist in the onboarding of new team members regarding operational protocols, tools, and JLL standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, operations, or project controls roles within corporate real estate, construction, or professional services.

• Proven experience in structuring and managing large-scale capital projects with budgets exceeding $50M.

• Strong proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to produce professional, client-ready deliverables using established templates and brand standards.

• Technology-oriented mindset with a history of utilizing tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

• Solid grasp of construction delivery methods, industry practices, and capital project fundamentals.

• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
