This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop dashboards, automation systems, intake processes, and operational tools that minimize friction for Product Managers.
• Leverage AI to rethink and automate the "work about work": link disparate information, generate insights, and decrease manual effort for PMs.
• Identify areas where coordination, onboarding, roadmap visibility, or decision-making encounters challenges and implement solutions that simplify the workflow.
• Enhance the accessibility, searchability, comprehension, and actionable nature of product, roadmap, and customer information across diverse systems and teams.
• Expand operational workflows, tools, and practices that enhance the efficiency of Product teams.
• Mitigate operational drag to enable Product Managers to dedicate more time to customers, prioritization, and product strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, complex technical setting.
• More than 2 years of experience enhancing Product Management operations through tools, workflows, operational systems, or Product Operations functions.
• Proficient in working with platform, infrastructure, or SaaS products that involve intricate technical dependencies.
• Proven track record of creating practical solutions that alleviate operational friction, including utilizing AI tools, automation, no-code tools, or data workflows.
• Ability to influence teams without formal authority by developing solutions that are willingly adopted due to their clear improvements in workflow efficiency.
• Direct experience with tools such as Airtable, Jira, Productboard, Confluence, and GitHub to construct and scale operational workflows.
