Operations Manager – Pro Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of moderation across the client portfolio — including the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, quality assurance, and offboarding of moderators as required.

• Oversee incident response and manage escalation processes.

• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline of moderators.

• Define and enforce moderation standards.

• Create initiatives aimed at retaining moderators.

• Participate in planning and executing events as part of the larger team's responsibilities.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

• Comfortable utilizing tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, and AI applications like Claude and Gemini.
