
Operations Manager, Mental Health Evaluations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of 6 or more individuals.
• Act as the main point of contact for daily operations and serve as a liaison for the clinical team.
• Create and execute standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency, quality, and client engagement.
• Establish and oversee quality assurance metrics that are in line with best practices and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Handle patient cases that require escalation for timely support and proactively lead the resolution of arising issues.
• Examine data to pinpoint issues, assess capacity, track progress, monitor trends and metrics, and guide program decision-making.
• Aid in headcount planning and forecasting according to anticipated business requirements and evolving program needs.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and team gatherings to promote professional development, performance evaluations, positive team culture, and alignment on process updates and modifications.
• Represent Lyra in interactions with external behavioral health organizations and clients.
• Over 8 years of experience in operations within a clinical environment, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced setting, managing a team.
• Clinical training is preferred but not mandatory (e.g., Master’s in Social Work, Registered Nurse).
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to quickly identify issues and work independently toward sustainable solutions.
• Strong skills in project and team management.
