Operations Manager – Logistik, Supply Chain, E-Commerce Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Responsible for fulfillment and warehouse operations in alignment with client expectations

• Optimization of processes with respect to quality and productivity

• Act as a liaison between the client, logistics, and customer service

• Monitor compliance with quality management processes

• Prepare analyses and decision-making bases

• Execute controlling tasks

• Independently manage projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, preferably with components in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

• Strong conceptual and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Initial practical experience, including internships

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Outgoing and communicative personality
