Operations Manager – Dealer Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee impactful operational initiatives for Dealer Services

• Convert dealer strategy and quarterly objectives into comprehensive operational plans

• Enhance CRM systems, call tracking, lead distribution, and workflow tools

• Develop and sustain reporting and analytics for essential dealer metrics

• Organize and spearhead projects across Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in operations, revenue/sales operations, program management, or business operations within a B2B setting

• Proven expertise in project and program management

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-structuring skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various functions

• Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
