Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, conducting reconciliations, managing collections, and generating financial reports.

• Supervising banking, treasury functions, and cash flow operations, including handling cryptocurrency transactions.

• Leading the complete contract management process from start to finish.

• Ensuring compliance and governance across various jurisdictions, including managing document recertifications, conducting legal reviews, and overseeing board governance.

• Keeping precise and organized records.

• Managing tools, systems, accounts, and licenses throughout the organization.

• Evaluating workstreams to uncover opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

• Taking charge of special projects that enhance our organizational capabilities.

• Collaborating with founders, senior leadership, and teams across marketing, sales, product, and engineering to alleviate operational challenges.

• Identifying potential risks proactively to prevent issues from arising.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, finance, administration, or project management; experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing contract workflows, financial operations, and maintaining records with a high level of accuracy.

• Solid understanding of accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, treasury oversight, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of corporate governance, international compliance requirements, and contract management practices.

• Tech-savvy, with expertise in automation and AI tools, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace, accounts payable platforms, and banking systems.

• Capable of handling multiple workstreams simultaneously and delivering results independently without needing detailed management.
