This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Enhance workforce performance.
• Manage budgets while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all electrical contracts.
• Allocate resources effectively.
• Supervise support staff across all contracts.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with necessary regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding contract status and scheduling.
• Prepare and oversee budgets, labor costs, and procurement of materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and boost productivity.
• A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in electrical services, contract management, and/or operations management.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of contract profitability.
• An electrical background with knowledge of electrical systems, installation, repair, and maintenance practices (qualified electrician or equivalent industry experience).
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven experience in managing multiple fast-paced contracts.
• Strong communication, client relationship, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
