This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the complete client relationship, guaranteeing that all contractual obligations are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Manage the entire client relationship lifecycle, including all escalation processes.
• Collaborate with Account Management to ensure contract revisions are both accurate and timely.
• Identify and manage deviations from the standard scope of service outlined in the contract.
• Continuously review the Country Solution workbook, ensuring that all updates are captured.
• Efficiently monitor and manage all client SLAs using appropriate tools to ensure compliance with targets.
• Conduct Service Review meetings, ensuring that actions and follow-ups are executed promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective management of the client.
• Oversee project management to guarantee the successful implementation of new services or processes.
• Assist ITCAMs/ADs in keeping the client informed about any product enhancements.
• Manage all necessary purchase order activities according to the defined processes.
• Supervise the operational team, including conducting regular individual reviews, training, performance management, and ensuring adherence to Strada policies.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to recruit appropriate Specialists for the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate setting.
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred knowledge of HRIS systems: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to learn.
• Capable of collaborating effectively in a team environment, as well as working independently while following established processes and procedures.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Dutch.
