Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Recruit suitable agents and terminate employment when performance standards are not met.

• Oversee daily operations to enhance team productivity.

• Supervise and nurture a team of online agents.

• Facilitate training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

• Address escalations and daily challenges, both internally and externally.

• Elevate high achievers and demote or dismiss underperformers.

• Collaborate with various departments to refine systems and processes.

• Leverage data and dashboards to inform decisions, identify gaps, and drive enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or in a comparable role.

• Practical experience in managing online or remote agent teams.

• Proven history of recruiting, training, promoting, and terminating agents.

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and take action accordingly.

• Proficient with technology tools, CRMs, dashboards, and automation systems.

• Excellent communication abilities and a strong sense of ownership.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
